Minutes July 23, 2005 Executive Committee Meeting
Location: Holiday Inn - Airport. Present (officers): George Tinera, President; Chris Villarreal, Treasurer; Norma Ochoa, Secretary. Absent: Bert Quintanilla, 2nd VP; Augie Rivera, 1st VP.
George Tinera brought the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
I. Treasurer's Report
George mentioned that new signature cards will need to be signed due to change in officers.

IV. Donation Requests
George announced that two donation requests for chess sets were received; one from Taft Elementary School and one from Gibson Elementary. George will respond to each school and arrange for the donation.
V. 2006 - 2007 OCBCF Tournament Schedule
TBA Flour Bluff, Miller, Bishop, March Madness, Primary/Elementary Championship, Secondary Championship, Grades
VI. New Membership Procedure
A discussion was held to create a voucher on the OCBF webpage. George agreed to draft the voucher and present for approval.
VII. IRS and Non-Profit Status
George will follow-up with Augie Rivera and Ed Partich regarding status.
VIII. Next Meeting
An OCBCF General Membership Meeting will be held at the home of Norma Ochoa on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.
